Badelynge will never make you pay for "licenses" to listen to music. You will only ever pay Badelynge for physical media. Badelynge will never upload our artists' music to major streaming services (with the exception of YouTube and SoundCloud), as we believe that artists deserve better than $0.003 per stream.

Crazy—I know, right? A label that actually shows an ounce of decency to their artists? Badelynge charges artists $3.40 CAD per CD, and lets artists keep 100% of the sales (assuming they solely contributed to the music's creation). Since Badelynge's recommended CD selling price is $15 CAD, an artist would only need to sell ~24% of their CDs in order to break even (assuming they are 100% credited for the music's creation). With Badelynge, artists make a profit of $11.60 CAD with every CD sale, which far surpasses the industry average of ~$3 CAD. Badelynge also offers graphic design & promotion for free, as well as music production (where Badelynge will keep 20% of the money made from CD sales).
